Alternative-Complimentary Mental Health Care For Childhood Issues
Childhood is a special time of development where we develop important social and emotional skills that will help us adapt and thrive later on as adults. When there is a disruption due to a learning/developmental delay, abuse, a move to another country, a cancer diagnosis or divorce, our progress can become stunted, making us feel anxious, depressed, obsessive, compulsive, to name a few issues. And oftentimes, we need help that is different and that goes beyond talk therapy from a place of safety, compassion and trust. Because words often cannot express what has happened to us or what is happening.
The Child Behavioral Health Network (or 'CBHN' for short) is a Newtork of private practices based in The Netherlands that are specialised in using friendly, non-invasive alternative-complimentary mental health approaches to treating childhood challenges in children (as young as 4 years old) and adults. From art psychotherapy, dance/movement therapy, yoga, to EMDR (and more!), anyone from any cultural background can be helped.
Therapy can be done in English or in another language, as well as online or in person/nature.
